OptiPedia gives us much clearer visibility on the product packaging’s cost drivers. Being able to identify and quantify cost drivers is crucial in establishing packaging specifications and this will also help us in subsequent cost reduction exercises. Very importantly, our whole process from concept to product has shortened as a result of the use of NPI tool and therefore reduced our time-to-market in the highly competitive market.
